Here at Fudge Factory we make a range of delicious cakes for both the food service sector and the retailer.

For Food Service we have a range of delicious pre-portioned tray bakes such as Chocolate flavoured Caramel, Chocolate Crunch or our famous “Rocky Road” the chocolate biscuit and marshmallow cake, absolutely delicious and extremely popular. Tray bakes come in 15 or 13 portions, depending which sort.
Also available are our individually wrapped, pre-packed cake slices.
These are available in three flavours. Rich Chocolate, Zesty Lemon and Moist sticky Ginger cake, good portion size and long life is ideal for the café style business!

For our Retail customers we have a vast range of individually wrapped long life cake and fudges cake slices, all butter shortbreads, American style soft chewy cookies and authentic soft textured muffins.

All our products come with an exceptionally long shelf life of between 16 to 24 weeks ambient so you’re sure to have no wastage.
